Educational Qualification for the Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university in any discipline.

• Graduation must be within the last 4 years (on or after 1st February 2021)
• Language Proficiency: Candidates must have language proficiency for the state they are applying.

The Bank of Baroda (BOB) invites online applications from all eligible Indian Candidates to join its Apprentice Program through its Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Drive. The selected candidates will be given training at branches/offices of the Bank of Baroda and will gain valuable experience in various banking operations. 

This 12 months of training is designed to improve the skills and employability of the fresh graduate candidates. The Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment process will be carried out by following steps- online exam, document verification, and local language proficiency test. So, the candidates are advised to apply for the training in their home state or the state with local language candidate is proficient. Completing the training, the candidates will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate but this does not guarantee employment with the Bank of Baroda for these candidates. 

Job Profile

• Position: Apprentice

• Responsibilities:
  • Customer service and interaction. 
  • Account management assisting and cash handling.
  • Loan processing and compliance tasks support.
  • General banking operations learning.

Duration of Contract

• The duration for the apprentice training is 12 months i.e. 1 year.

• The contract is issued by NATS Portal or NAPS Portal and candidates should accept it within the stipulated time.
• Completing the training, candidates will undergo Final Assessments and receive an Apprenticeship Certificates.

Metro/Urban Branches

• ₹15,000 per month

Rural/Semi-Urban Branches

• ₹12,000 per month
