Mode of Selection for AIIMS Recruitment Bhubaneswar:

The selection process for the candidates will be based on the following steps 

• Candidates can apply for up to three different departments, but they must submit separate application forms and fees for each.
• A written exam will be held only if the number of applicants is more than three times the available positions. If fewer applications are received than the available vacancies, there will be no written test for that post.
• A merit list (including selected and waiting list candidates) will be created based on:
  • Combined written test and interview marks (if a written test is conducted).
  • Only interview marks (if no written test is required).
