Essential Qualification for Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025:

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduation degree from any discipline
• Experience: Candidates working/worked in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)/Co-operative Banks (Urban & State)/ NBFC
  • Officer/Supervisory cadre – Minimum of 1-year experience 

OR 

• Clerical Cadre – Minimum of 3-year experience.

Age Limit:

As of 30 November 2024  

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Age relaxation: 
  • OBC- 3 Years, 
  • SC/ST- 5 Years

Mode of Selection:

The Selection process for the post of zone-based officer in Junior Management Grade Scale I through the Central Bank of India Recruitment 2025 drive will be based on the performance of the candidates in the online examination and the personal interview marks. 

• Online examination pattern:

Merit list will be drawn zone wise based on the marks in the online examination to shortlist the candidates for the personal interview. 

• Interview:

Candidates four times the number of vacancies for the posts zone-wise will be called for a personal interview. The interview will be 100 marks in total. 

• Final Merit List:

Weightage for the online examination and Interview shall be in the ratio of 70:30 (as applicable) respectively. 

The final merit list will be based on the performance of the candidates in the online examination and interview both. 

Selected candidates will be called for document verification.
