Educational Qualifications SBI SO Recruitment 2025: 

Mandatory:  

• Graduate in any discipline
• Certificate in Forex by IIBF
• Min. 2 years’ experience in Trade Finance processing

Preferred: certification will be preferred 

• Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) or
• Certificate in Trade Finance or
• Certificate in International Banking

 

Age Limit:

Age as on 31 December 2024 

• Minimum age: 23 years
• Maximum age: 32 years
• Age relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years

Fees: 

• General/EWS/OBC: ₹750/ 
• SC/ST/PWD: No fee

Mode of selection:

The selection process will be based on shortlisting and Interview. 

• Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum qualifications and experience will not entitle the candidate to be called for an interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, sufficient candidates as decided by the bank will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the bank shall be final to call candidates for an Interview. Any inquiries or communication on this matter will not be addressed.

• Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The bank will decide the qualifying marks in the interview. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

• Merit List: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on interview marks only. If more than one candidate has secured the cut-off marks (average marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked in the merit list according to their age in descending order.

 

How to apply SBI SO Recruitment 2025: 

1. Candidates are required to register online through the link on the SBI website https://bank.sbi/careers and pay the application fee using Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, etc.
2. Candidates should first scan their latest photograph and signature. The online application will not be registered unless the candidate uploads his/her photograph and signature as specified on the online registration page.
3. Candidates should fill out the application carefully. Once the application is completely filled, the candidate should submit it. In case the candidate cannot fill out the application at once, he can save the information already entered. When the information/application is saved, a temporary registration number and password are generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should take note of the registration number and password. They can reopen the saved application using registration number and password and edit the details if required. This facility of editing the saved information will be available only three times only. Once the application form is filled completely, the candidate should submit it and proceed for online Fee payment.
4. After online registration, candidates are advised to take a printout of the system-generated online application form.
